Nothing Rests Publishing is a small independent horror publishing operation. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We collect only what we need to run the site and respond to your messages, and we hold it no longer than necessary.

Contact Form Submissions

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, the reason for your inquiry, and your message. If you identify yourself as press, we also collect your publication or outlet name. This information is stored securely by Netlify Forms and is used only to respond to your inquiry.

Automatically Collected Data

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) may collect standard server log data — including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited — for the purposes of security and performance monitoring. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors or build profiles.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not run advertising on this site. We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral analytics tools, or third-party ad networks. We do not collect payment information — no purchases are made directly through this site.

Cookies

Contact form submissions are retained in Netlify Forms for as long as is necessary to respond to your inquiry, and no longer than 12 months unless there is an ongoing press or business relationship that requires it. You may request deletion of your submission at any time by contacting us.

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights under applicable privacy law — including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please use the contact form. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

This site publishes horror fiction intended for adult readers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
